Once your package has been handed off to the carrier, Thriving for Wellness LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Thriving for Wellness LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
